To ensure
we are able to deliver critical items quickly – when you
need them most, we offer you a Service Level Agreement (SLA). This
agreement is bespoke to you and your business and is developed
in partnership with your P&R Labpak Business Development Manager.
We
commit to stocking products to support your requirements and deliver
to a schedule defined by you. Each SLA is reviewed on a
quarterly basis where we provide performance details and adjust
levels as required.
We run SLAs in many of our key accounts, which
include national food, pharmaceutical and chemical companies. The
SLA is designed to manage and improve the stock supply chain – we
would be happy to discuss with you how the service works and how
we can best match your requirements.
